For industrial used metal cans we offer round paint can metal rings, metal lids & metal bottoms; rectangular tin can tops and bottoms; pail lug cover and bottom lids; tight-head drum top and bottoms; aerosol tin cones cones and bottoms; and other tin can components like handles, plastic caps, screw caps, etc.
The coil feeding system includes coil loading cart, un-coiler, leveller, coil feeding unit, scrap coil handling, product exit conveyor, etc. It can work with portal presses or deep throat c-frame presses.
Compare to sheet feed press or strip feed presses, it saves the coil sheeting process.
And it loads one coil of material up to 12 tons than sheets of 2.5 tons, which saves shift change over time. It is a fully auto line that requires minimum monitor and maintenance.
*Vision re-location function can be selected for coil punching with printed image.
